A sub apparatus for generating power is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sub apparatus for generating power comprises: an acceleration unit provided on a first shaft provided between a pair of drain wheels facing each other, and rotating with a constant ratio in accordance with rotation of the first shaft; a power generation unit receiving rotation of the acceleration unit to convert kinetic energy caused by rotation of the acceleration unit to electric energy; a connection unit mechanically connecting the acceleration unit and the power generation unit to transmit rotation of the acceleration unit to the power generation unit; and an energy accumulation unit storing the electric energy generated in the power generation unit.
