The present invention relates to a face frame to form a three-dimensional (3D) reference plane on a computerized tomography (CT) image, capable of forming a reference plane to move upper and lower jawbones, and/or a reference plane to move teeth; and a 3D reference plane formed on a CT image by the same. According to the present invention, the face frame comprises: an upper frame including a central frame disposed along a central part of a face from a forehead to an upper lip, and a first side frame which includes a first left surface scale and a second right surface scale fixated on both longitudinal ends of the central frame in perpendicular to the central frame to be able to be detached and surrounds an upper side of a cheekbone of the face; a lower frame including an oral insertion part formed in a shape chewed by both molars and a lower central frame extended from a central end part of the oral insertion part up to an end of a jaw; and a CT image formation ball attached to the upper and lower frames. 본 발명은 치과교정치료를 위한 CT이미지 제공기술에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 CT 이미지 상 3차원기준평면 형성용 페이스프레임 및 상기 페이스프레임으로 형성된 CT 이미지 상 3차원기준평면에 관한 것이다.
