The present invention relates to a pretreatment apparatus of a ballast water treatment system and, more specifically, to a disk filter performance test apparatus of a ballast water treatment system comprising: a disk filter module filtering microorganisms included in raw water; and a differential pressure measuring unit measuring the pressure of the raw water flowing in the disk filter module and the pressure of treated water in which microorganisms are filtered by the disk filter module. According to the present invention, performance of a disk filter of the ballast water treatment system can be investigated in real time and efficiency of ballast water treatment can be improved. 본 발명은 선박 평형수 처리시스템의 전처리 장치로서, 원수에 포함된 미생물을 걸러내기 위한 디스크 필터모듈 및 상기 디스크 필터모듈에 유입되는 원수의 압력과 상기 디스크 필터모듈에 의해 미생물이 걸러진 처리수의 압력을 측정하기 위한 차압 측정부를 포함하는 선박 평형수 처리시스템의 디스크 필터 성능시험 장치로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 선박 평형수 처리시스템의 디스크 필터의 성능을 실시간으로 검증이 가능하여 선박 평형수 처리의 효율을 제고할 수 있게 한다.
