A rolling bearing apparatus comprises: a bearing including an inner wheel, an outer wheel, a plurality of balls, and a cage; and an oil supply unit (40) disposed axially adjacent to the bearing. The oil supply unit (40) comprises: a tank (42) in which lubricant is accommodated; and a pump (43) which receives the lubricant in the tank (42) supplying the lubricant to the bearing. The tank (42) is provided with a holding material (50) for the lubricant, and the holding material has fine pores.
