The present invention relates to a composition for inducing monocyte differentiation containing fractalkine. Through addition of fractalkine while culturing monocyte, it is possible to convert monocyte into a specific type of monocyte capable of inducing angiogenesis, thereby making it possible to use the composition for inducing differentiation to culture cells used for ischemic disorders. In addition, the monocyte capable of inducing angiogenesis acquired by present invention can be used as an active ingredient for treatment agents for ischemic disorders. 본 발명은 프랙탈카인을 포함하는 단핵구 분화 유도용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 프랙탈카인을 단핵구 배양시 첨가함으로써, 단핵구를 혈관 형성을 유도하는 단핵구로 전환시킬 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 분화 유도용 조성물을 허혈 질환에 사용하기 위한 세포 배양시 사용할 수 있으며, 본 발명에 의해 얻어진 혈관 형성을 유도할 수 있는 단핵구를 허혈 질환 치료제의 유효성분으로 사용할 수 있다.
