금속 부재의 제조 방법은, 제1 금속으로 이루어지고, 오목부(10A)가 형성된 제1 부재(10)와, 제1 금속에 비해 변형 저항이 작은 제2 금속으로 이루어지는 제2 부재(20)를 준비하는 공정과, 제1 부재(10)와 제2 부재(20)를 접합하는 공정을 포함한다. 제1 부재(10)와 제2 부재(20)를 접합하는 공정은, 제2 부재(20)를, 적어도 일부가 오목부(10A)에 진입하는 상태에서 제1 부재(10)에 상대적으로 가압하면서 회전시킴으로써, 제1 부재(10) 및 제2 부재(20)의 온도를 상승시키는 공정과, 제2 부재(20)의 제1 부재(10)에 대한 상대적인 회전을 정지하여 제1 부재(10)와 제2 부재(20)를 서로 가압한 상태에서 냉각시키는 공정을 포함한다.
