Summary:The present invention provides a polarization unit including a plurality of first polarizers arranged in a line and a second polarizer arranged in a line with the plurality of first polarizers, a polarized light irradiation apparatus including the polarization unit, a polarized light irradiation method using the polarized light irradiation apparatus, and a display device manufactured by the polarized light irradiation method. The usage efficiency of a mother substrate is maximized and productivity is improved by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays with different polarization directions for each region of the mother substrate using the polarization unit. 본 발명은, 일렬로 배치되는 다수의 제1편광자와, 다수의 제1편광자와 일렬로 배치되는 제2편광자를 포함하는 편광 유닛, 편광 유닛을 포함하는 편광조사 장치, 편광조사 장치를 이용한 편광조사 방법 및 편광조사 방법을 통하여 제조되는 표시장치를 제공한다. 이러한 편광 유닛을 이용하여 모기판의 영역 별로 상이한 편광방향의 자외선을 조사함으로써, 모기판의 이용효율이 극대화되고 생산성이 개선된다.
