According to various embodiments of the present invention, a wearable acoustic device comprises: a first housing for forming a first acoustic radiation path; a second housing coupled to the first housing in a first direction substantially in parallel with the first acoustic radiation path; an acoustic component part disposed in the second housing, and emitting sound through the first acoustic radiation path; and at least one microphone disposed to be adjacent to the first acoustic radiation path in the first housing.
