According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a dimethyl ether (DME) fuel feed device for a diesel engine, which is connected to a fuel supply pipe and a fuel collection pipe between a DME storage tank and a fuel spray pump, and comprises: a feed pump supplying fuel to the fuel spray pump from the DME storage tank; and a feed pump module in which a cooler cooling fuel collected through the fuel collection pipe to be collected in the DME storage tank is embedded. 본 발명의 일실시예는, 디메틸에테르 저장탱크와 연료분사펌프의 사이에서 연료공급관 및 연료회수관으로 연결되되, 디메틸에테르 저장탱크로부터 연료분사펌프 쪽으로 연료를 공급하는 피드펌프와, 연료회수관을 통해 회수되는 연료를 냉각하여 디메틸에테르 저장탱크로 회수하는 냉각기가 내장되어 있는 피드펌프 모듈을 포함하는 디젤엔진의 디메틸에테르 연료공급장치를 제공한다.
