According to the present invention, the gene editing method makes it possible to accurately and selectively edit desired gene without introduction of DNA. 본 발명은 RGNE (RNA-guided engineered nuclease) RNP의 복합체를 이용하여 DNA 도입 없이 미세조류의 유전자를 교정하는 방법, 및 유전자가 교정된 미세조류 변이체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 유전자 교정 방법은 DNA 도입 없이 원하는 유전자를 정확하게 선택적으로 교정할 수 있다는 이점을 갖는다.
