본 발명은 영양원을 포함하는 사료성분 및 결착제를 포함하는 어류 양식용 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 결착제는 전분과 셀룰로오스 에테르를 포함하고, 상기 셀룰로오스 에테르의 함량은 상기 전분 중량대비 0.4 ~ 10.0중량%이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 에테르의 점도는 2.0중량% 농도의 수용액을 기준으로 브룩필드(Brookfield, LV) 점도계를 이용하여 20℃ 및 3 ~ 6rpm의 조건으로 측정할 때 60,000 ~ 280,000cps인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 어류 양식용 사료 조성물은 결착성이 개선된 사료를 제공할 수 있으므로 사료의 수계 내 상 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 상기 사료 조성물을 이용하여 반죽사료를 제조할 경우 상기 반죽사료의 신장률을 개선시킬 수 있다.
