The present invention relates to a hydrogen gas measuring method using a hydrogen gas sensor, the method comprising the steps of: measuring the concentration of a hydrogen gas by using a hydrogen gas sensor; and generating Joule heat in the hydrogen gas sensor which has measured the concentration of the hydrogen gas. The present invention may provide a hydrogen gas measuring method using a hydrogen gas sensor, wherein the hydrogen gas sensor comprises: a pair of electrode parts positioned on a substrate while facing each other with a predetermined interval therebetween; a carbon nanowire, which connects the pair of electrode parts and is supported by the pair of electrode parts; and hydrogen sensing particles, which are positioned in the form of an island on the surface of the carbon nanowire and have average particle diameters of 1nm to 500nm.
