Summary:Provided are a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, which prevents side reaction caused by the formation of a protection film on the surface of a positive electrode comprising manganese phosphate lithium, and a battery pack and a vehicle comprising the same. The non-aqueous electrolyte battery of the present invention comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and non-aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode comprises a positive electrode active material comprising a compound represented by a composition formula, LiMn_(1-x-y)Fe_xA_yPO_4, wherein A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Al, Ti, Zn and Zr and satisfies 0 <= x <= 0.3, and 0 <= y <= 0.1. The positive electrode has a ratio (I_(P-F)/I_(P-O)) of a peak intensity (I_(P-O)) of a P-O bond to a peak intensity (I_(P-F)) of a P-F bond, which are measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis on the surface of the positive electrode, to be 0.4 or more and 0.8 or less. The negative electrode contains a negative electrode active material composed of titanium composite oxide. 인산 망간 리튬을 포함하는 정극의 표면에 있어서, 보호 피막 형성에 의한 부반응을 억제하는 비수 전해질 전지, 그것을 구비한 전지 팩 및 차량을 제공한다. 실시 형태의 비수 전해질 전지는, 정극과, 부극과, 비수 전해질을 갖는다. 상기 정극은, LiMnFeAPO(단, A는 Mg, Ca, Al, Ti, Zn 및 Zr로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종, 0≤x≤0.3, 0≤y≤0.1)의 조성식으로 표현되는 화합물을 포함하는 정극 활물질을 포함한다. 상기 정극은, 정극 표면에 있어서의 X선 광전자 분광 분석에 의한 P-O 결합의 피크 강도(I)와 P-F 결합의 피크 강도(I)의 비(I/I)가 0.4 이상 0.8 이하이다. 상기 부극은, 티타늄 복합 산화물을 포함하는 부극 활물질을 포함한다.
