Summary:A particle sensor of the present invention effectively concentrates particles in a detection area as a measurement center of the particle sensor. The particle sensor (10) comprises a housing (1) having a guide path (40) for guiding gas to the detection area (DA) provided inside the housing. The circumferential length of a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to an extension direction of the guide path (40) is formed to be gradually smaller by heading the DA from an entrance (42) of the guide path (40). 입자 센서에 있어서의 측정 중심으로서의 검지 영역에 입자를 유효하게 모은다. 입자 센서(10)에 있어서, 하우징(1)은, 기체를 검지 영역(DA)으로 유도하는 유도로(40)를 내부에 구비하고, 유도로(40)는, 유도로(40)가 연장되는 방향에 대하여 수직인 단면 형상의 둘레 길이가, 유도로(40)의 입구(42)로부터 검지 영역(DA)을 향함에 따라, 서서히 작아지도록 형성되어 있다.
