The present invention relates to a portable automatic heat generating device and a controlling method thereof. The portable automatic heat generating device comprises: a heat generating part (100) generating heat in a heating structure (10) on an upper part; and a mounting part (200) installed to prevent the heating structure (10) from falling down. The portable automatic heat generating device prevents the heating structure on the upper part of the heat generating part from falling down by installing the mounting part, is controlled by a smart device, so that the device cannot be freely used by other people, and is portable without looking for a wire because a heating element is heated by supplying a power of an external battery through an USB port. 본 발명은 상부의 가열체(10)에 열을 발생시키는 발열부(100); 상기 가열체(10)가 쓰러지지 않도록 설치되는 거치부(200); 로 이루어지는 것으로, 본 발명 휴대용 자동발열장치 및 그 제어방법은 거치대를 설치하여 발열부 상부 가열체의 쓰러짐을 방지하고, 스마트 기기를 통해 제어되어 타인이 마음대로 사용할 수 없으며, USB포트를 통해 외장배터리의 전력공급을 함으로써 발열소자가 가열되어 전선을 찾을 필요없이 휴대용으로 들고 다닐 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
