Summary:The present invention relates to a desulfurizer for molten iron, wherein a mixing material of the desulfurizer is manufactured by mixing quicklime, Al by-products generated during an Al dissolving process, and ladle slag. The desulfurizer for molten iron comprises: 80-85 wt% of the quicklime; 5-17 wt% of the Al by-products; 3-15 wt% of the ladle slag; and inevitable impurities. Therefore, desulfurizing efficiency of molten iron can be improved without fluorite which is an environmental pollution material. Moreover, as a material generated in a steel mill process is recycled for the Al by-products and the ladle slag, costs consumed for manufacturing the desulfurizer can be reduced. 본 발명은 용선 탈황제에 관한 것으로, 탈황제 배합원료는 생석회와, Al 용해공정 중 발생하는 Al 부산물 및 레이들 슬래그가 배합되어 제조되며, 상기 생석회를 80 내지 85 중량%, 상기 Al 부산물을 5 내지 17 중량%, 상기 레이들 슬래그를 3 내지 15 중량% 및 기타 불가피하게 섞인 불순물을 함유함으로써, 환경 오염 물질인 형석을 사용하지 않고 용선의 탈황효율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, Al 부산물 및 레이들 슬래그는 제철소 공정에서 발생하는 물질을 재활용하는 것이므로, 탈황제를 제조하기 위해 소모되는 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
