Summary:In the present invention, disclosed are novel soup powder for companion animals and a method for manufacturing the same wherein palatability is significantly increased by cooking fresh salmon, freezing and drying the salmon twice, grinding the salmon, and mixing the salmon with oatmeal powder and carrot powder, and feeding preparation time can be reduced by enabling the soup powder to be dissolved in an easy manner within a short time even in water at room temperature besides hot water, and the soup powder can promote health of a companion animal by increasing digestibility when the soup powder is eaten. The method for manufacturing soup powder for companion animals comprises: a heating step of heating freshly prepared salmon by grilling or steaming the salmon; a cooling step of cooling the heated salmon to room temperature; a first freezing and drying step of freezing and drying the salmon, having been cooled to room temperature, for 24 hours; a second freezing and drying step of freezing and drying the firstly frozen and dried salmon for 52 hours; a goat milk cheese manufacturing step; a cheese freezing and drying step of freezing and drying goat milk cheese for 24 hours; a grinding step of grinding the salmon, having been processed by the second freezing and drying step, and the goat milk cheese having been processed by the cheese freezing and drying step, into a powder phase; a soup powder mixing step of adding and uniformly mixing the salmon powder, the goat cheese powder, oatmeal powder, and carrot powder; and a packaging step of packaging the soup powder obtained by mixing the salmon powder, the goat cheese powder, the oatmeal powder, and the carrot powder. 본 발명에서는 생연어를 익힌 다음 2차에 걸쳐 동결건조시키고 이를 분쇄한 후 산양유 치즈분말, 오트밀분말 및 당근분말과 혼합함으로써 기호성(嗜好性)을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고, 뜨거운 물이 아닌 상온의 물에서도 짧은 시간내에 쉽게 풀어질 수 있도록 하여 급여준비시간을 크게 단축할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 섭취시 소화력을 높여 반려동물의 건강 증진을 도모할 수 있도록 한 새로운 반려동물용 수프분말 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 손질된 생연어를 굽거나 쪄서 익히는 익힘단계와; 상기 익힘단계를 거쳐 굽거나 쪄서 익힌 연어를 상온으로 식히는 냉각단계와; 상온으로 냉각된 연어를 -55∼-65℃에서 24시간 동안 동결건조시키는 1차 동결건조단계와; 1차 동결건조된 연어를 -55∼-65℃에서 52시간 동안 동결건조시키는 2차 동결건조단계와; 산양유를 이용하여 코티즈치즈를 제조하는 산양유 치즈제조단계와; 산양유 치즈를 -55∼-65℃에서 24시간 동안 동결건조시키는 치즈 동결건조단계와; 상기 2차 동결 건조단계를 거친 연어와 치즈 동결건조단계를 거친 산양유 치즈를 각각 별도의 분쇄기에 넣어 분말상태로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계와; 상기 분쇄단계를 거친 연어분말과 산양유 치즈분말과 오트밀 분말 및 별도의 동결건조 과정을 거친 당근 분말을 각각 40:30:25:5의 중량비로 첨가하고 고르게 혼합하는 수프분말 배합단계와; 상기 연어분말, 산샹유 치즈분말, 오트밀분말 및 당근분말이 배합된 수프분말을 단위 중량별 포장용기에 넣어 포장하는 포장단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
