The location-based reservation order management system provides the location to a restaurant terminal when the location of the subscriber terminal is detected at a predetermined time. The location-based reservation order management system checks a first lead time required to prepare a menu designated by reservation information. The first lead time is inputted by an administrator and can be maintained for each menu provided in the restaurant. Therefore, the user of the restaurant can be connected to a server without downloading an application separately. It is possible to order and pay for goods. The connected server can provide orders or payment information to a restaurant operator so that orders and payment can be made much more convenient compared to a conventional invention. 본원발명은, 휴대용 단말기(20)는 위치기반 예약주문 관리 시스템은 상기 식당으로 상기 예약자 단말이 이동하는 출발시각을 확인하고, 상기 이동 속도에 기초하여 연산된 상기 식당까지의 이동시간을, 상기 출발시각을 기준으로 가산하여 상기 도착예정시각을 예측한다. 위치기반 예약주문 관리 시스템은 정해진 시간격으로 상기 예약자 단말의 위치가 검출되면, 상기 위치를 식당 단말에 제공하고, 위치기반 예약주문 관리 시스템은 상기 예약정보에 의해 지정되는 메뉴를 조리하는 데에 소요되는 제1 소요시간을 확인한다. 상기 제1 소요시간은 관리자에 의해 입력되어, 상기 식당에서 제공하는 각 메뉴 별로 유지될 수 있으므로서, 식당의 사용자가 별도로 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받지 않고 서버와 연결되어, 상품 주문 및 결재가 가능하고, 상기 연결된 서버는 주문 혹은 결재된 정보를 식당 운영자에게 제공하므로서, 주문과 결재과 종래와는 다르게 훨신 편리하게 진행될 수 있게 된다.
