The present invention relates to an apparatus for repelling harmful fur and feather comprising: a body; a reflection plate having a reflection surface reflecting solar light and installed at the front and the rear of the body; and a sound wave generator installed in the body and generating sounds waves capable of repelling harmful fur and feather. The apparatus is installed to be rotatable by wind and adjusts an angle of the reflection plate according to time changes of the sunset and sunrise and changes of solar altitude at meridian passage depending on the season with respect to damage of harmful fur and feather such as birds approaching in the air, thereby naturally interrupting harmful fur and feather. Also, the apparatus randomly generates sound waves at irregular intervals so learning and cognitive abilities of harmful fur and feather are paralyzed, and the apparatus adjusts output values of sound waves according to peripheral air volume and noise so a repellent effect of harmful fur and feather is improved. 본 발명은 본체, 태양 빛을 반사하는 반사면이 구비되며 상기 본체의 전면과 후면에 설치되는 반사판, 상기 본체의 내부에 설치되며 유해조수를 퇴치할 수 있는 음파를 발생시키는 음파 발생기기를 포함하며 바람에 의해 회전 가능하게 설치되어 공중에서부터 접근하는 조류 등의 유해조수의 피해에 대해 계절에 따른 일몰 및 일출의 시간변화, 태양 남중고도의 변화에 따라 반사판의 각도를 조절하여 자연적으로 방해할 수 있고, 음파를 불규칙적인 간격으로 랜덤하게 발생시켜 유해조수의 학습인지력을 무력화시키고, 설치된 주변 풍량과 소음에 따라 음파의 출력값을 조절하여 유해조수의 퇴치효과를 향상시킨다.
