The present invention provides a luminance correction system which retains a correction margin of a high gradation region including a maximum gradation and removes luminance stains by removing a luminance deviation between pixels. The luminance correction system comprises: an imaging device imaging a display panel displaying a test image, and generating imaging data; a parameter calculating device calculating first target luminance which is maximum luminance of a target region including the display panel and detection maximum luminance which is luminance of a correction object sub-pixel based on the imaging data of the test image corresponding to the maximum gradation, determining second target luminance by correcting the first target luminance, and calculating a correction parameter for calculating a correction gradation in which an input gradation input to the correction object sub-pixel is corrected; and a display device including the display panel, correcting the input gradation of the correction object sub-pixel to the correction gradation based on the correction parameter, and generating data voltage by upward correcting gamma voltage corresponding to the target gradation. 휘도 보정 시스템은 테스트 영상이 표시되는 표시 패널을 촬상하여 촬상 데이터를 생성하는 촬상 장치, 최대 계조에 대응하는 테스트 영상의 촬상 데이터에 기초하여 표시 패널에 포함되는 타겟 영역의 최대 휘도인 제1 타겟 휘도 및 보정 대상 부화소의 휘도인 검출 최대 휘도를 산출하고, 제1 타겟 휘도를 보정하여 제2 타겟 휘도를 결정하며, 보정 대상 부화소에 입력되는 입력 계조가 보상된 보정 계조를 산출하기 위한 보정 파라미터를 산출하는 파라미터 산출 장치 및 표시 패널을 포함하고, 보정 파라미터에 기초하여 보정 대상 부화소의 입력 계조를 보정 계조로 보상하며, 타겟 계조에 대응하는 감마 전압을 상향 보정하여 데이터 전압을 생성하는 표시 장치를 포함한다.
