Summary:The present invention discloses a method for separating oxygen from an oxygen-containing fluid stream. The method comprises a step for allowing the oxygen-containing fluid stream to be in contact with an oxygen-selective zeolite adsorbent comprising at least 90% of chabazite or more, wherein the chabazite is a single-phase chabazite having an Si/Al ratio of 1.2 to 1.8. The single-phase chabazite may be a mixture of two or more cations. 본 발명은, 산소 함유 유체 스트림으로부터 산소를 분리하는 방법으로서, 산소 함유 유체 스트림을, 90% 이상의 캐버자이트를 포함하는 산소 선택적 제올라이트 흡착제와 접촉시키는 단계로서, 캐버자이트는 1.2 ∼ 1.8의 Si/Al 비율을 갖는 단일상 캐버자이트인 단계를 포함하는 분리 방법을 개시한다. 단일상 캐버자이트는 2종 이상의 양이온의 혼합물을 포함할 수 있다.
