Summary: | The present invention relates to a solar cell substrate having a back surface field (BSF) structure of a dot pattern, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a solar cell substrate in which a BSF layer formed on the rear surface of the solar cell substrate is partially formed in a dot pattern on the rear surface of the substrate to reduce a loss of a carrier and to improve cell efficiency; and to a method for producing the solar cell substrate having the BSF structure of the dot pattern through a relatively simple and cheap process.
본 발명은 도트 패턴의 BSF(Back Surface Field) 구조를 갖는 태양전지 기판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 태양전지 기판의 후면에 형성되는 BSF(Back Surface Field)층이 후면 기판에 도트(Dot)패턴의 형식으로 부분적으로 형성되어, 캐리어의 손실을 감소시켜 셀 효율을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 기판 및 이와 같은 도트 패턴의 BSF 구조를 갖는 태양전지 기판을 상대적으로 간단하고 저렴한 공정을 통해 제조하는 제조방법에 대한 것이다. |
