Summary: | According to one embodiment of the present invention, a coil component comprises: a body having a magnetic material; and a coil portion arranged in the body. The coil portion comprises: an insulation layer; a first coil layer arranged inside the insulation layer and formed to be exposed to one surface of the insulation layer; a second coil layer formed on the one surface of the insulation layer and formed to be in contact with the first coil layer; and a third coil layer formed on the other surface of the insulation layer, thereby minimizing a manufacturing process, reducing costs, and being able to secure low DC resistance (Rdc).
본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 코일 부품은 자성물질을 포함하는 바디 및 바디 내에 배치된 코일부를 포함하며, 코일부는 절연층, 절연층의 내부에 배치되며 절연층의 일면에 노출되도록 형성된 제1 코일층, 절연층의 일면 상에 형성되며 제1 코일층과 접하도록 형성된 제2 코일층 및 상기 절연층의 타면 상에 형성된 제3 코일층을 포함함으로써, 제조공정 최소화 및 원가 절감과 함께 낮은 직류저항(Rdc)를 확보할 수 있다. |
