Summary:The present invention provides a hydraulic pressure reduction device which does not use a hydraulic control servo valve corresponding to plate thickness accuracy in a compact rolling mill or roll press machine. A hydraulic pressure reduction device includes a screw for moving a piston disposed in a booster cylinder back and forth, and a motor for applying a rotational force to the screw, freely controlling the rotational angle of the screw, and moving the piston to a desired position. A pressure reduction cylinder connected by a piping from the booster cylinder moves up and down a ram in the pressure reduction cylinder by the movement of oil generated by the movement of the piston in the pressure reduction cylinder, such that the press roll can be pushed up and down. [과제] 소형 압연기나 롤 프레스기에 있어서, 판 두께 정밀도에 대응한 유압 제어 서보 밸브를 사용하지 않는 유압 압하 장치를 제공한다. [해결 수단] 유압 압하 장치는, 승압 실린더 내에 배치된 피스톤을 전후로 이동시키는 나사와 나사에 회전력을 부여하고, 나사의 회전 각도를 자유롭게 제어하고, 피스톤 위치를 목적으로 하는 위치로 이동시키는 모터로 구성되며, 승압 실린더로부터 배관에 의해 접속된 압하 실린더는 승압 실린더 내의 피스톤의 이동에 의해 발생한 오일의 이동에 의해, 압하 실린더 내의 램을 상하 이동시켜, 압연 롤을 밀어올림, 밀어내림 가능하게 한다.
