Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) including a rectangular collector (2), wherein the collector (2) includes openings (9) for accommodating pipes (6), and at least one cavity (3) thereinside. The collector (2) includes at least one channel (4) appropriate for accommodating solder (5), wherein the channel (4) includes contact openings (8) in an area of the opening (9) for the pipes (6), wherein the contact openings enable soldering of the pipes (6), inserted into the openings (9) of the collector (2), and the collector (2). Accordingly, the present invention is able to adjust the thickness of a wall of a collector appropriately for pressure resistance and simplify a manufacturing process of a heat exchanger.
본 발명은 장방형 컬렉터(2)를 포함하는 열교환기(1)에 관한 것으로서, 이 경우 상기 컬렉터(2)는 관(6)들을 수용하기 위한 개구(9)들과 그 내부에 적어도 하나의 공동(3)을 갖는다. 상기 컬렉터(2)는 땜납(5)을 수용하기에 적합한 적어도 하나의 채널(4)을 구비하고, 이 경우 상기 채널(4)은 상기 관(6)들을 위한 개구(9) 영역에서, 콘택 개구(8)들을 가지며, 상기 콘택 개구들은 상기 컬렉터(2)의 개구(9)들 내에 삽입되는 관(6)들과 상기 컬렉터(2)의 납땜을 가능하게 한다. |
