Summary:The present invention relates to a field which belongs to a solid mesh processing method and a new processing technology about remnants treatment, which has difficulties because of problems in the production of solid mesh products caused by flying remnants of the solid mesh when thin chemical yarns performs a cutting operation by being stitched up with the cut in a melting way by manual tasks or partial equipment. Existing technology was difficult to: process in the aspect of more difficult chemical fiber than dust since remnants of chemical yarns, formed in a solid body, fly when cutting a solid mesh since the solid mesh was just introduced; and be applied practically due to incompletion even if a processing method using melting is partially developed in some parts. The present invention is a processing method which uses a mold and enables mass production as well as problem solving by solving difficult problems such as melting and stitching. The present invention is expected to have an effect of receiving a big welcome in the market by cheap production cost and mass production by solving problems of manual tasks as well as easy processing.
