Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for producing metal nanoparticles containing a Dendropanax morbifera extract as an active ingredient, a method for producing the metal nanoparticles using the composition, the metal nanoparticles produced by the method, and an anticancer composition containing the metal nanoparticles. The composition for producing the metal nanoparticles and the method for producing the metal nanoparticles using the same remarkably shorten production time, by using the Dendropanax morbifera extract as the active ingredient, compared to an existing method, and also enable production of metal nanoparticles having uniform size, without additional reducing agents or stabilizers. In addition, the metal nanoparticles produced by the method can be applied as anticancer agents. 본 발명은 황칠 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 금속 나노입자 제조용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물을 이용한 금속 나노입자의 제조방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 금속 나노입자, 상기 금속 나노입자를 포함하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 금속 나노입자 제조용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 금속 나노입자 제조방법은 황칠 추출물을 유효성분으로 이용하여, 종래보다 제조시간이 현저히 단축되고, 별도의 환원제 또는 안정제의 부가 없이도 크기가 균일한 금속 나노입자를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 금속 나노입자는 항암제로 활용할 수 있다.
