Summary:The purpose of the present invention is to provide an expansion valve of an air conditioning system for a vehicle, which is capable of preventing a refrigerant leakage sound coming from a throttle channel caused by variation of pressure of a refrigerant by maintaining the pressure of the refrigerant downstream of the throttle channel constant without being affected by a flow rate of the refrigerant, thereby improving ride quality and comfort in the interior of the vehicle. To this end, provided is the expansion valve of the vehicle air conditioning system having a throttle channel expanding a high-pressure refrigerant introduced from a condenser for the refrigerant to have a low pressure and introducing the refrigerant to an evaporator. The expansion valve includes a flexible inner tube on a downstream side of the throttle channel so that the flexible inner tube can induce the refrigerant moving from the throttle channel and discharge the same to an inlet pipe side of the evaporator. Since the flexible inner tube is deformed in accordance with the flow rate of the refrigerant conveyed from the throttle channel, a cross sectional area of an inner channel varies. 본 발명은 차량용 공조장치의 팽창밸브에 관한 것으로서, 냉매의 유량에 관계없이 교축유로의 하류측 냉매압력을 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있고, 이를 통해, 냉매 압력 변동으로 인한 교축유로에서의 "냉매누설음 발생"을 방지하여 차실내의 승차감과 쾌적성을 개선시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 응축기에서 도입된 고압냉매를 저압으로 팽창시켜, 증발기로 유입시키는 교축유로를 구비하는 차량용 공조장치용 팽창밸브에 있어서, 교축유로로부터 이송되는 냉매를 도입하여 증발기의 입구파이프측으로 배출할 수 있도록, 교축유로의 하류측에 설치되는 플렉시블 인너튜브(Flexible Inner Tube)를 더 포함하며, 플렉시블 인너튜브는, 교축유로로부터 이송되는 냉매의 유량에 따라 변형되면서 내부유로의 단면적이 가변된다.
