Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a luminous polymer bead and a luminous polymer bead manufactured by the same. More specifically, the method comprises: a step of manufacturing a continuous phase solution by mixing a dispersion solvent, a dispersant, and a dispersion stabilizer, agitating the same, and heating the same at 60-80C; a step of manufacturing a discontinuous phase solution by mixing a monomer, a peroxide initiator, a chain transfer agent, and a luminous material and agitating the same; a homogenization and suspension polymerization step of adding the discontinuous phase solution into the concinnous phase solution, agitating the same, and performing suspension and polymerization; and a step of obtaining the polymer bead by filtrating the liquid mixture processed in the homogenization and suspension polymerization step. Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a luminous polymer bead, a luminous paint, and a luminous sheet comprising the same; wherein the polymer bead in a spherical shape comprising the luminous material, uniformly distributed therein, is manufactured.
본 발명은 축광 폴리머 비드의 제조방법과 이에 의하여 제조된 축광 폴리머 비드에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 분산용매와, 분산제 및 분산안정제를 혼합· 교반하고 60 내지 80℃로 가열하여 연속상 용액을 제조하는 단계; 단량체와, 퍼옥사이드 개시제와, 사슬이동제 및 축광물질을 혼합·교반하여 불연속상 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 불연속상 용액을 상기 연속상 용액에 첨가한 후 교반하며 현탁 중합시키는 균질화 현탁 중합단계; 및 상기 균질화 현탁중합단계를 거친 혼합액을 여과하여 폴리머비드를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 축광물질이 내부에 균일하게 분포된 구형의 폴리머 비드를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축광 폴리머 비드의 제조방법과, 이에 의하여 제조되는 축광 폴리머 비드, 이를 포함하는 축광도료 및 축광 시트를 개시한다. |
