The present invention relates to a substrate treating device which comprises: a treating chamber forming a treating space of a roll shaped substrate; a heating unit including a first heating unit and a second heating unit respectively arranged in the outermost and center of the treating space; and a susceptor unit formed and arranged by extending in the vertical direction between the first heating unit and the second heating unit, and splitting the treating space into at least one in the horizontal direction. The substrate treating device can uniformly heat the substrate arranged in a roll type. Such a uniform heating of all surfaces of the substrate suppresses or prevents occurrence of deterioration and cold spots in a partial area of the substrate and thus the quality of a final product can be improved. Also, the improvement of the product quality can increase the efficiency and productivity of process equipment as well as the process yield. 본 발명은 기판 처리 장치에 관한 것으로서, 롤 형상 기판의 처리 공간을 형성하는 처리 챔버와, 처리 공간의 최외곽 및 중앙에 각각 배치되는 제1 가열유닛 및 제2 가열유닛을 포함하는 가열유닛 및 제1 가열유닛과 제2 가열유닛 사이에서 상하방향으로 연장 형성되어 배치되며, 수평방향으로 처리 공간을 적어도 하나 이상으로 분할하는 서셉터유닛을 포함함으로써, 롤 타입으로 배치되는 기판을 균일하게 가열할 수 있다. 이처럼, 기판의 모든 면이 균일하게 가열될 수 있어, 기판의 일부 영역의 열화 및 냉점이 발생하는 것을 억제하거나 방지할 수 있으며, 최종적으로 생산되는 제품의 품질을 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, 제품의 품질의 증가로 인해 공정의 수율 증가로 인한 공정설비의 효율성 및 생산성을 증가시킬 수 있다.
