Summary:The present invention relates to an operation assistance system and method for correcting the position of an operation place. The operation assistance system includes a position checking part for checking the position of an operation place, a judging part for judging whether all of the operation place is located within an operation region in which an operation robot operates; and an acquisition part for acquiring a correction distance and a correction direction for all of the operation place to be located within the operation region such that the entire operation place is located within the operation region when the operation place located outside the operation region exists. It is possible to precisely and easily locate a surgical site within the operating place. 본 발명은 수술부위의 위치를 확인하기 위한 위치확인부, 수술로봇이 동작하는 동작영역 내에 수술부위의 전부가 위치되었는지 여부를 판단하기 위한 판단부, 및 동작영역의 외부에 위치하는 수술부위가 존재하는 경우 수술부위의 전부가 동작영역 내에 위치하도록 수술부위의 전부가 동작영역 내에 위치하기 위한 보정거리 및 보정방향을 획득하는 획득부를 포함하는 수술지원시스템 및 수술부위 위치 보정방법에 관한 것이다.
