The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display having a touch sensing function and securing improved display characteristics. The organic light emitting display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, a thin film transistor formed on the substrate, an organic light emitting device connected to the thin film transistor to receive a data voltage, a plurality of sealing films formed on the organic light emitting device and sealing the thin film transistor and the organic light emitting device, a planarization film formed on the sealing film, and a contact sensing part formed on the planarization film. 본 발명은 접촉 감지 기능이 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 유기 발광 표시 장치는 기판, 상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 데이터 전압을 인가 받는 유기 발광 소자, 상기 유기 발광 소자 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 유기 발광 소자를 밀봉하는 복수의 봉지 박막, 상기 봉지 박막 위에 형성되어 있는 평탄화막, 그리고 상기 평탄화막 위에 형성되어 있는 접촉 감지부를 포함한다.
