The present invention relates to a portable terminal having outbreath sensing functions, comprising a gas detector analyzing outbreath; and a terminal main body including an accommodation part for accommodating the gas detector and having calling functions. When a user talks on the phone using the terminal main body, the gas detector automatically comes out from the accommodation part in the terminal main body and senses outbreath of the user. 본 발명은 날숨 센싱기능을 구비한 휴대용 단말기에 관한 것으로서, 날숨을 분석할 수 있는 가스 검출기; 및 상기 가스 검출기가 수용될 수 있는 수용부를 포함하며, 통화 기능을 구비하는 단말기 본체;를 포함하며, 사용자가 상기 단말기 본체를 이용하여 통화를 하면, 상기 가스 검출기가 상기 단말기 본체의 수용부로부터 자동으로 돌출되어 상기 사용자의 날숨을 센싱하도록 구성된다.
