본 발명은 스로틀밸브 결빙방지 장치, 이를 포함하는 스로틀밸브 결빙방지용 EGR 시스템 및 그 작동방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, EGR 가스로부터 빙결된 얼음이 흡기라인으로 유입되는 것을 방지하여, 스로틀밸브의 결빙을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, EGR 가스의 흐름을 방해하지 않도록, 빙결된 얼음을 별도의 챔버에 할 수 있다. 또한, 빙결된 얼음이 일정 수준 이상 포집된 경우에는 외부로 배출하여, 연소실 내부로 수분이 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. The invention provides an apparatus for preventing the icing of a throttle valve. The apparatus comprises: an inner member adapted to communicate with a side thereof with an intermediate radiator, and an outer member inserted into an interior of the outer member from one side thereof and to communicate with a throttle body at another side thereof. The outer member includes an outer pipe and is inserted into the outer pipe, an an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) gas supply part formed on a side surface of the outer pipe, and an ice collection chamber which is a space for projecting downwardly from a lower end of the outer tube. The invention further provides exhaust circulating system preventing icing of the throttle valve, and an operation method for the same.
