Summary:The present invention relates to a restoration automation technique in a mobile environment. The decryption of terminal-related information is automatically performed according to the result of performing authentication in an encrypted state in response to a restoration request for the encrypted terminal-related information (e.g., identifier and password for each service, environment setting information, collection data information, etc,) related to a terminal. It is possible to provide a restoration automation service having enhanced security by automatically restoring all information related to the terminal in an encrypted state even when the terminal is broken or lost. A restoration automation apparatus includes a terminal related information confirmation part, a decryption related information verification part, and a control part. 본 발명은, 모바일 환경에서의 복원 자동화 기술에 관한 것으로, 단말과 관련되는 암호화된 단말관련정보(예: 서비스 별 식별자 및 비밀번호, 환경설정정보, 수집데이터정보 등)에 대한 복원 요청 시 암호화된 상태에서 인증을 수행한 결과에 따라 단말관련정보의 복호화가 자동으로 수행되도록 함으로써, 단말의 고장이나 분실 시에도 단말과 관련되는 모든 정보가 암호화된 상태로 자동으로 복원되도록 하여 보안성이 강화된 복원 자동화 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 복원자동화장치 및 그 동작 방법을 제안한다.
