The present invention relates to a method of cultivating Sparassis crispa. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of cultivating Sparassis crispa comprising: constructing a culture container including a lower container into which a mixed culture for cultivating Sparassis crispa is injected and an upper container in which a filter is formed, and forming the filter in the side surface of the upper container at a proximal forming time and during first and second growth periods, thereby cultivating Sparassis crispa in an environment in which an inner part of the culture container is not contaminated with bacteria. Sparassis crispa cultivated by the method according to the present invention has an effect that yield of Sparassis crispa is increased by allowing the filter to reduce damages of Sparassis crispa due to blue mold or fungus gnat. Further, the method has an effect of saving heating costs in winter by sealing the lower container using the upper container of the culture container, thereby flexibly controlling temperatures for mushroom growth. 본 발명은 꽃송이 버섯 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 꽃송이 버섯이 배양되는 혼합 배지를 투입하는 하부용기 및 필터가 형성되는 상부용기로 이루어진 배양용기로 구성되며, 근부형성시기, 생육 1기 및 생육 2기에 상부용기의 측면에 필터를 형성하여 배양용기 내부가 균에 오염되지 않는 환경에서 꽃송이 버섯을 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꽃송이 버섯 재배방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명에 따라 재배된 꽃송이 버섯은 필터에 의해 푸른곰팡이 또는 버섯파리에 의한 피해가 감소하여 꽃송이 버섯의 수확량이 증가되는 효과가 있다. 또한 배양용기 중 상부 용기를 이용하여 하부용기가 밀봉됨에 따라 버섯 생육의 온도 조절에 유연함이 생겨 겨울 난방비 절약효과가 있다.
