Summary: | The present invention discloses a component molding method. The component molding method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of sequentially roll-forming a provided blank by using a variable roll-forming unit; a step of electro-magnetic force (EMF)-molding a component roll-formed by the variable roll-forming unit by using EMF of an EMF molding unit; and a step of removing springback of the component by irradiating a laser onto a bent portion of the component by using a laser irradiation unit. As such, the present invention provides a component molding method configured to mold a steel plate using variable roll-forming, and capable of improving productivity by reducing springback generated in a bent portion and by producing components of more various shapes.
부품 성형 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 부품 성형 방법은, 공급되는 블랭크를 가변 롤포밍 유닛을 이용하여 순차적으로 롤포밍하는 단계, 상기 가변 롤포밍 유닛에 의해서 롤포밍된 부품을 EMF성형유닛의 전자기력(EMF)를 이용하여 EMF성형하는 단계, 및 레이저 조사유닛을 이용하여 상기 부품의 절곡된 부분에 레이져를 조사하여 상기 부품의 스프링백을 제거하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. |
