Summary:The present invention relates to an animal model which has cancer tissues derived from cervical tissues of a human body transplanted on the cervix thereof, a process of manufacturing the animal model, and a method of evaluating, analyzing, or screening the efficacy of drug candidates to treat cervical cancer or a medicine for cervical cancer. The animal model according to the present invention has cancer tissues transplanted on the same position as the human tissues, so the same efficacy analysis as the human body regarding the drug candidates to treat cervical cancer or the medicine for cervical cancer can be possible. Therefore, for instance, the efficacy for drug candidates to treat cervical cancer can be effectively evaluated and analyzed in a preclinical stage by using the animal model of the present invention. 본 발명은 인체의 자궁 경부 조직에서 유래된 암 조직이 자궁 경부에 이식되어 있는 동물 모델, 이 동물 모델의 제조 방법 및 이 동물 모델을 이용하여 자궁경부암 치료제 후보 물질 또는 자궁경부암 치료제의 효능을 평가, 분석하거나 스크리닝(screening)하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 동물 모델은 인체의 조직과 동일한 위치에 암 조직이 이식되어 있어서, 자궁경부암 치료제 후보 물질 또는 자궁경부암 치료제에 대해서 인체에서와 마찬가지로 동일한 효능 분석이 가능하다. 따라서 예를 들어, 본 발명에 따른 동물 모델을 이용하여 자궁경부암 치료제 후보 물질의 효능을 전-임상 단계에서 효율적으로 평가, 분석할 수 있다.
