Summary: | The present invention relates to transgenic Perilla frutescens for producing gamma-linolenic acid, which is transformed by a recombinant vector, comprising McD6DES1 gene and a BnPAT promoter, and to a manufacturing method thereof. As a result of transforming the Perilla frutescens into the vector comprising the McD6DES1 gene, which has a delta-6 unsaturated enzyme function, and a plant seed specific BnPAT promoter of the present invention, Perilla frutescens with an excellent content of the gamma-linolenic acid has been obtained, thereby being able to produce Perilla frutescens for mass-production of the gamma-linolenic acid.
본 발명은 McD6DES1 유전자 및 BnPAT 프로모터를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 감마-리놀렌산을 생산하는 형질전환 들깨 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 델타-6 불포화효소 기능을 가지는 McD6DES1 유전자와 식물 종자 특이 BnPAT 프로모터를 포함하는 벡터로 들깨를 형질전환한 결과, 감마-리놀렌산의 함량이 우수한 들깨 종자를 수득하였으므로, 감마-리놀렌산을 대량 생산하는 들깨를 제작할 수 있다. |
