A polarizer excellent in durability is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a polarizing plate with an adhesive layer comprises: a polarizing plate including a polarizer, and a protective film arranged on at least one side of the polarizer; and the adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the polarizing plate.
