The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic electronic device, an organic electronic device thereof, and a use thereof. And the present invention can provide a method which can efficiently perform exposure of a pad area through a simple process in a manufacturing process of an organic electronic device, an organic electronic device manufactured thereby, and a usage thereof. The method for manufacturing the organic electronic device comprises the steps of: forming an inorganic material layer on a substrate in which an element area including a first electrode layer, an organic layer, and a second electrode layer which are sequentially stacked is formed, and the pad area electrically connected to the first electrode layer or the second electrode layer is formed; forming a polymer layer on the inorganic material layer corresponding to the element area; and exposing the pad area by removing the inorganic material layer formed on the pad area. 본 출원은 유기전자장치의 제조 방법, 그 유기전자장치 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 출원에서는 유기전자장치의 제조 공정에서 패드 영역의 노출을 단순한 공정으로 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법, 그 방법에 따라 제조된 유기전자장치 및 그 용도를 제공할 수 있다.
