Summary:The present invention relates to a dual function protein with improved pharmacological efficacy, in vivo duration and stability of protein as a biologically active protein and an FGF21 mutant protein are bonded to an Fc region of an immunoglobulin. The dual function protein according to the present invention exhibits improved pharmacological efficacy, in vivo duration and stability of protein. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the dual function protein as an active ingredient can be effectively used as a therapeutic agent for diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis or cardiovascular diseases. 본 발명은 생리활성 단백질과 FGF21 변이체 단백질이 면역글로불린의 Fc에 결합되어 약리학적 효능, 체내 지속성 및 단백질의 안정성이 개선된 이중 작용 단백질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이중 작용 단백질은 개선된 약리학적 효능, 체내 지속성 및 단백질의 안정성을 나타내며, 상기 이중 작용 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 당뇨병, 비만 질환, 이상지질혈증, 대사질환, 비알콜성 지방간 질환, 비알콜성 지방간염 또는 심혈관계 질환을 위한 치료제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
