Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for updating the alignment mark of a vision system in real time. The method includes a reference mark registration step (S10) of photographing and registering a reference mark in a state in which a subject is aligned for correcting the position of a subject, a mark recognizing step (S20) of recognizing the mark of the subject by photographing the introduced subject, and a matching rate calculating step (S30) for comparing the reference mark and the mark of the subject recognized in the mark recognizing step (S20) and calculating a matching rate.
본 발명은 비전시스템의 얼라인 마크를 실시간 업데이트 하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 피검사체의 위치 보정을 위해 피검사체가 정렬된 상태의 기준마크를 촬영하여 등록하는 기준마크 등록단계(S10)와, 인입되는 피검사체를 촬영하여 피검사체의 마크를 인식하는 마크 인식단계(S20)와, 마크 인식단계(S20)에서 인식된 피검사체의 마크와 기준마크를 비교하여 매칭률을 계산하는 매칭률 계산단계(S30)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. |
