A multiplex assay chip is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The chip includes: a reaction channel where a plurality of sets of individually encoded micro beads are arranged; an expansion channel formed to be continuous to a front end of the reaction channel and guiding the micro beads to the reaction channel; and a packing unit capturing the micro beads in the reaction channel. At least one of the height and width of the expansion channel decreases to correspond to the reaction channel as it proceeds in the direction of the reaction channel.
