The rolling bearing of the present invention comprises: an outer ring which has an orbit and a first seal insertion unit concavely formed on an internal side in a radial direction on both sides of the orbit; an inner ring which has an orbit and a second seal insertion unit concavely formed on an external side in a radial direction on both sides of the orbit; a rolling body placed in between the inner ring and the outer ring; a retainer which keeps an interval of the rolling body; and a seal installed to seal an opening unit in between the inner ring and the outer ring. The seal comprises: a first seal member; and a second seal member. The first seam member comprises: a ring-shaped first reinforcing member; and a first main frame. The first main frame is formed to wrap around at least a part of the first reinforcing member. The external diameter side is inserted into the first seal insertion unit. The second seal member comprises: a ring-shaped second reinforcing member; and a second main frame. The second main frame is formed to wrap around at least a part of the second reinforcing member. The internal diameter side is inserted into the second seal insertion unit. The present invention aims to provide a rolling bearing and a seal for the rolling bearing, which prevents a lifetime from being reduced due to abrasions of a seal lip. 본 발명의 구름베어링은 궤도가 형성되며 궤도의 양측으로 반경 방향 내측에 제1 씰삽입부가 오목하게 형성된 외륜과, 궤도가 형성되며 궤도의 양측으로 반경 방향 외측에 제2 씰삽입부가 오목하게 형성된 내륜과, 상기 내륜과 외륜 사이에 구비되는 전동체와, 상기 전동체의 간격을 유지시켜주는 리테이너와, 내륜과 외륜 사이의 개구부의 밀봉을 위하여 설치되는 씰로 이루어진 구름베어링에 있어서, 상기 씰은 서로 접하는 제1 씰부재와 제2 씰부재로 이루어지며; 상기 제1 씰부재는 환형상의 제1 보강부재와 제1 본체로 이루어지며; 상기 제1 본체는 제1 보강부재의 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 구비되며, 외경측은 제1 씰삽입부에 삽입되며; 상기 제2 씰부재는 환형상의 제2 보강부재와 제2 본체로 이루어지며; 상기 제2 본체는 제2 보강부재의 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 구비되며, 내경측은 제2 씰삽입부에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름베어링에 관한 것이다.
