Summary: | Provided is a touch screen panel which can reduce a power noise effect. According to the present invention, the touch screen panel comprises: a plurality of sensing electrodes arranged in a touch active area; a charge pump circuit for generating output voltage based on input voltage and at least one clock signal; a clock signal generating unit for generating the clock signal; and a touch driving unit for generating touch driving signals by using the output voltage, and applying the touch driving signals to the sensing electrodes. The clock signal and the touch signals are synchronized.
본 발명에 의한 터치 스크린 패널은, 터치 활성영역에 배열된 복수의 감지전극들; 입력전압과 적어도 하나의 클럭신호에 기초하여 출력전압을 생성하는 차지펌프 회로; 상기 클럭신호를 생성하는 클럭신호 생성부; 및 상기 출력전압을 이용하여 터치 구동신호들을 생성하고, 상기 터치 구동신호들을 상기 감지전극들에 인가하는 터치 구동부를 포함하되, 상기 클럭신호와 상기 터치 구동신호들은 동기화된다. |
