The present invention relates to a briquette preparing apparatus. More specifically, the functional briquette preparing apparatus has briquette pins and briquette pin plate structures for preparing the briquettes. The present invention also provides a briquette pin plate (100) including an outer hole (110), an inner hole (120) and a coupling hole (130) formed thereon. The briquette preparing apparatus includes multiple briquette pins (200). The outer hole (110) has a main insert unit (111) and an insert mount unit 91120 formed thereon while the inner hole (120) has an inner main insert unit (121) and an inner insert mount unit (122). The briquette pin is configured to include a briquette body (210), a coupling mount unit (220), and a puncturing unit (230). The briquette preparing apparatus additionally includes coupling pins (300) configured to include coupling bolts (310), center pin coupling units (320), and center pins (330). The briquette preparing apparatus can insert the briquette pins into the internal insert mount unit (122) of the inner hole (120) or the insert mount unit (112) of the outer hole (110) of the briquette pin plate (100) with the coupling mount unit (220) of the briquette pins (200). The coupling bolts (310) of the coupling pin (300) can be attached to, detached from, or coupled to the coupling hole (130) of the briquette pin plate (100).
