Summary:The present invention relates to a radiation pipe device, disposed inside a heat treatment facility to perform annealing treatment of a material. The radiation pipe device comprises a pipe unit having a pipe passage therein to enable a flame to penetrate the same. A plurality of patterns are arranged on a surface of the pipe unit. Mechanical strength of the patterned pipe unit is increased, so that heat deformation does not occur in the pipe unit even if the pipe unit is exposed to the high temperature heat, and a surface area of the pipe unit is increased in order to improve efficiency of radiant heat. 본 발명은 열처리 설비 내 배치되어 소재의 어닐링(annealing) 처리를 위한 복사관 장치에 있어서, 화염이 관통하도록 내부에 관로가 형성되는 관부를 포함하며, 관부의 표면에는 복수 개의 패턴이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 패턴화된 관부(pipe)에 기계적인 강성이 증가되어 고열의 노출에도 불구하고 열변형이 발생되지 않고, 표면적을 증대시킴으로써 복사 열효율을 향상시키고자 한다.
