The present invention relates to a personal health record platform based on appropriate medical technology, and more particularly, to a technique for forming a personal record platform for a patient in a country to which appropriate medical technology is applied, and allowing the platform to provide a virtual ID through a face recognition of the patient so that the patient can register the virtual ID to a medical computer system server for use. According to the present invention, a local medical computer system can be improved since the patient can be identified only by face recognition even if the patient does not have or lost the ID. 본 발명은 적정 의료 기술 기반의 개인 건강 기록 플랫폼에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 적정 의료 기술이 적용된 국가에서의 환자의 개인 건강 기록 플랫폼을 구성하고, 상술한 플랫폼은 환자의 얼굴 인식을 통해 가상의 아이디를 부여하고 의료 전산 시스템 서버에 등록하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적정 의료 기술 기반의 개인 건강 기록 플랫폼은 환자의 얼굴 인식을 통해 가상의 아이디를 부여하고 의료 전산 시스템 서버에 등록하여 사용할 수 있기 때문에 아이디가 없거나 분실한 환자의 경우에도 얼굴 인식만으로 식별 가능하므로 현지 의료 전산 시스템이 개선되는 효과가 있다.
