The present invention relates to a gasket for preventing rusting of a cylinder head by preventing water from entering into a coupling portion of a cylinder head and a locker arm cover. According to the present invention, the gasket for preventing rusting of a cylinder head is installed between a cylinder head (1) and a locker arm cover (2) to seal between the cylinder head (1) and the locker arm cover (2). The gasket comprises a cover portion (13) extending laterally from a sealing portion (12) sealing between the cylinder head (1) and the locker arm cover (2) to surround the circumference of the cylinder head (1). 본 발명은 실린더 헤드와 록커암 커버의 체결부위로 수분이 유입되는 것을 차단하여 녹이 발생하는 것을 방지되도록 한 실린더 헤드의 방청을 위한 가스켓에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 실린더 헤드의 방청을 위한 가스켓은, 실린더 헤드(1)와 록커암 커버(2) 사이에 설치되어 상기 실린더 헤드(1)와 상기 록커암 커버(2) 사이를 실링하는 가스켓에 있어서, 상기 가스켓은, 상기 실린더 헤드(1)와 상기 록커암 커버(2) 사이를 실링하는 실링부(12)로부터 측방향으로 연장되어 상기 실린더 헤드(1)의 둘레를 감싸는 커버부(13)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
